“I keep coming back to this Best Western when I'm in Spartanburg. From comfortable bed, well appointed Breakfast Bar to small outdoor pool and clean rooms. Always a great stay.”

“I called prior to booking to ask if there was room for a pick up and 40' trailer to park and was informed that there was. upon arrival, there was not enough room to easily pull in and park the truck and trailer. The room was dirty and this is not an area to want to book in if you have children with you. To top it off, the receiver hitch on the truck was missing.”

“First of all they wanted to copy my Drivers license which I polity said NO and because it was a third party booking they didn't copy my licence. When I asked for more towels they must of thought I was going to steal them, because I had to turn in you dirty ones before they would give me clean ones. “My first morning there I overslept and missed getting coffee at Starbucks. The front desk person, Noriya, was busy on the computer. I politely asked her for two extra coffee packets. Without ever making eye contact, she got up, found two and shoved them at me. I ignored her rudeness. I then realized that I would also need extra creamer. I asked Noriya if I could also have two of the packets that contained the sweeteners and stirrers. I then asked, “do those contain creamers too?” She kept right...

“I like the rooms were not carpeted! The only problem we had was the walls were thin!!!!”

“AC not working at n lobby. Room at very back of hotel and WiFi was weak. Room smelled musty. Hair dryer didn’t work. Microwave was not cleaned, had food residue in it. Tub did not have a stopper and I laid a wash cloth on the drain. The cloth was black when removed. Security latch was loose.”
