“The room was very clean but smelled as if someone had smoked in the room. Parlikg area was not well lighted and not welcoming.”

“On this site and the hotel site there was no where to indicate that we would be bringing our dog. Upon check in I was told I was booked for the king bed I had requested but it was on the 3rd floor where pets were not allowed. Was told I needed to be on the 1st floor but no “king” rooms were available, only queen. I then asked for the difference of $20 and was told they couldn’t do that since I had pre-paid. Why not just hand me a $20. Total B/S ! ”

“The room was clean. Hotel was in great condition with beautiful water views. Only issue was that they ran out of coffee in the lobby both mornings we were there. I think they'd benefit from some additional checks of that amenity to ensure it's full.”

Lobby staff was professional when we checked in, although not a particularly happy greeting...note: a smile and a "Hello" instead of just a straight faced "Checking in?" greeting goes a long way towards good customer "first impressions". Room amenities are minimal but adequate for a night. Overall, its OK.”
