“The place is beautiful on the inside. I loved everything about it. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was in one bed there were ants in the bed the first few nights in which we got bitten a few times and woke up and killed them. Aside from that, our stay was very enjoyable and the condo is beautiful. ”

“Amazing amazing amazing. So convenient, location to pay for the shuttle to bring you back after floating is directly across from the condo then you can get on at the beginning of the Comal river from the condo. After floating, we realize that this is a treat as we were not stepping out of a place to stay to start the float half way through. Big plus! The condo had everything we needed and more. “We enjoyed this property for a couple day reunion of 3 friends from 1st grade, 65 years ago. It was the perfect combination of individual sleeping privacy and common space, right on the Riverwalk. The property manager and onsite staff were accommodating and responsive. The only real downside is the confounding loud music coming from the nearby bar blaring until the early hours of the morning, even though there were no customers on their patio. “Perfect location! 1minute walk to Texas Tubes, 8 minute drive to downtown Gruene. Though we only got to float once because flooding, the next best parts were hanging at the pool and then going downtown! Communicating with the the owner was simple and speedy replies. ”

"Buona posizione, ma struttura datata che necessita ristrutturazione e riarredo. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, in particolare nelle aree comuni ma non ottimale nemmeno nelle stanze. Letti comodi, spazi ampi, colazione ricca e varia, con prodotti di media qualità. Il costo dell’hotel è stato addebitato prima dell’arrivo e preautorizzato anche su seconda carta di credito, con ulteriore deposito di 100 USD. Poca attenzione"
