“Staff was not knowledgeable of what amenities where in each room. How can a place call themselves a extended stay with kitchenette and only having 1 chair to sit in, especially when there is more than 1 person in the room. Groups of friends of the staff just hanging out in the office area. Fridge took 2 days to get cold enough to have barely cold water. ”
