“We called at 2:15 to see if we could check in about early (check in at 3pm). We were told no, that rooms won’t be ready until 3pm. We checked in after 4pm and our room had jot been cleaned. The floors were filthy. We had to call down to have someone come and vacuum the floors, I had to use my cleaning wipes to wipe down surfaces, and the bathroom faucet had a constant stream the entire time, even when off.
