“Perfect location in downtown Tyler walking distance to restaurants. The place is impeccable, beautifully decorated, clean, great space with fridge, microwave, a little table and a chair complete the place. Safe fenced in parking lot.”

“The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good every morning. We did have a little problem with the refrigerator and the toilet. The fridge wasn't working but was replaced promptly and the toilet just would not flush good and sometimes not at all. The staff took care of that a few times and by then we were leaving anyway and I know these kinds of things happen. But all in all it was a nice play to stay and would stay there again.”

“Extremely clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price in a decent part of town. Felt like a new place with many updates. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I will be booking again soon. I appreciate that the entry is a little different through the Staybridge parking lot instead of directly off the main road. I had my vehicle stolen at a different brand hotel in Houston with easy on/off freeway access for get away purposes so it felt...

“The place was under construction, there was no breakfast buffet as advertised. The breakfast had no hot choices other than waffles. The air conditioner in the room leaked water all over the floor. I would not recommend this place.”
