“Great location with wonderful Victorian era architecture and vibes. The staff were absolutely fabulous, especially the bartender. The food is delicious (the pizza at the bar was the best I had in the UK!), with great selection at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed, small bathroom, but that’s to be expected in an older hotel. Love the history! Byron stayed there once upon a time. Strong recommend if you’re in Harrogate.”

“Nice old hotel in the centre of Harrogate with limited parking available. On check-in was allocated room #138 - the noise and vibration from the kitchen extraction fan outside the window was extreme 43dB - 50dB. Was informed by receptionist that it should turn off when the kitchen closed. Mercifully they kindly offered us another room #265 - worlds apart from #138 and a peaceful room at <20dB ”

“We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again.”
