“The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Check-in was a bit confusing but nothing too hard - just have to go to the gaming room to get my keys. The reason I'm giving a middle review of because the room I stayed in - Room 10 - was incredibly loud at night as it sits above the gambling / game room. “Amazing room with gorgeous fireplace and spa , only problem was kitchen didnt provide an oven as we wanted to cook, hot towel rack wasn't working for towels to dry, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Other than than everything was lovely .”

“Don’t book this place. Their serves is terrible! I booked this place recently May 2026 for my parents as a gift for my mum’s birthday. However they were treated very rudely during the checking process. My mother called them and asked about early check in and where the parking was and had the phone slammed back at her.
