“Property was clean however staff could have been more helpful. They wouldn’t let our group of 5 sit together at breakfast although there was an available table because they didn’t want to reset it for lunch. ”

“Hotel very clean, staff friendly. Check in slow as only one staff member on duty. Tiny pool, more of a plunge pool, busy. Excellent location, out of the city centre hustle. Great bus service into city. Lovely cafe across the road. Easy access for race course. Pricey but would stay again if cost was reasonable. Beer and larger cloudy in bar!”

“Absolutely loved this hotel , staff friendly , clean ”

“Room was clean and had everything we needed, with the nice addition of some balloons and a birthday message on our return after a day out for our daughter, having told them why we were there on arrival. Staff really helpful throughout. Last minute decision to eat in the bar area (restaurant fully booked) provided us with nice meals, which was against some of the reviews we had read, so I am assuming improvements have been made. “The place is actually a mammouth service area. Food court closeby and wonderful park on the backside. They were short of personnel though and this affected some elements of the stay. Need to read the board where they state they do the rooms only after the third day (…?)”
