“Standouts were the staff, Chas my concierge greeted us at the door, handled our bags, placed them in the room, got us ice, and made sure our needs were met, Ketunde the receptionist was in training, yet she was exceptionally professional and welcoming, easy conversation making us feel at home, the host, and our waiters at the lounge were also very welcoming, and friendly with excellent service and attentiveness, the valets were really sweet, opened doors, made sure the car was nice and toasty...

“The hotel upgradedour room and it was a very spacious, beautiful room. The old style architecture, furniture, full bath tub, specious bathroom, all were very nice. The room was also clean, the bed was very comfortable as well.”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

Avevo scelto questa struttura perché mie figlie volevano divertirsi in piscina, invece non c'è niente da un bel po' di tempo ma le foto e le indicazioni dei servizi continuano a mostrare "piscina all'aperto".”

“It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag. ”

“The room is clean and comfortable. The location is great, love the easy access to Starbucks and Chick Fil A for quick bites and coffee right downstairs. Logging into free wifi a little tricky but quickly resolved.”
