“Canto is an older resort. Check in process could be better. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly! Our AC was under repair and ran the whole time we were there, so our room was cold, which wasn’t an issue. The food was delicious with great variety. There were many activities scheduled each day and the pool entertainment was really fun! Beds were hard, but they furnished a foam mattress that helped a lot. Overall a great visit, I would book this all inclusive resort again.”

“We were expecting a typical US suite when we booked this. We were blown away by the property. Separate king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms, full kitchen, small pool, deck overlooking the beach. It was amazing place and are anxious to stay there again.”

“Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!”

“Perfect location! Beautiful beach view and direct access to the beach. Very happy with our room, the beach view and its amenities (kitchenette). Great and consistent service from the hotel staff. Everything is walkable to explore Zona Romántica. ”

“Absolutely fantastic location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our particular unit wasn’t the best as the sliding glass doors opened into a window well so there wasn’t a lot of natural light. Also the pool was super small (too small to swim in). But the location was great. We did use the pool as a dip and cool off pool. The rooftop lounging area was nice too. ”

“The apartment comes fully stocked with dishes, a washing machine, dishwasher, and twice filtered water (from the fridge) that's safe to drink. The cleanliness isn't to Canadian standards, but for being Mexico, it was good. The housekeeping staff could definitely do better, especially on door handles and cabinet pulls. The air conditioning also worked very well. Ladies, bring your mirror!! This place did not have a mirror for doing makeup and because of the lighting and the bathroom counter being...

“The property is very old and smelly (moldy smell) its highly priced for the condition of the place”

“We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility ”
