Maybe a fan would do the trick!

"Terrible experience!! We stayed 2 nights..... it was so damn hot in the room.... no A/C (as indicated) and.... NO FAN! We could hardly sleep... The window could be opened just a little.... so we had a very bad night. Rooms on the upper floor get really HOT in Summer."
