“This places just what we needed. Close to UF campus, not far from fine dining (our Anniversary weekend) Embers Grill, and near other attractions were going to sightsee. We are older and did have trouble doing the code lock to get in but the host answered the phone immediately and talked us through it in 60 seconds! “We were scheduled to be in this property for a few days as we were under mandatory evacuation orders. We were taken aback as the vintage cottage. The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. The 'courtyard' really was a SMALL patch of pseudo grass at the back door. I had reached out to the host several times before our checkin date and received no response whatsoever.
