“I booked a one night stay and requested a late check-out during check-in. The receptionist advised that the latest available check-out time was 12:00pm, which was perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, there appeared to be a gap in communication regarding that request. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30am. Then, at approximately 11:10am, a different housekeeper unlocked and entered my room without knocking. When I informed them that I had an approved late check-out, they stated they had not...

“During my road-trip planning, I found the Old Carrabelle Hotel and was immediately intrigued by its old nostalgic charm. When I arrived, the hotel was easy to find and parking was right in front. It was a self check in process (so check your email upon arrival for instructions). It's an old bed and breakfast in so you are assigned a room and room key (I was in the Hemingway room). My room was very cute with a welcome bag of toiletries on the bed and coffeemaker/supplies to make coffee...

“Struttura rinnovata, senza l’odiosa moquette, in dotazione frigo, microonde e macchiana per il caffè. Tv e asciugacapelli. Diversi cambi biancheria da bagno + teli piscina. Colazione ordinaria. Abbiamo avuto bonus cocktail Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile . La posizione si trova servita dai mezzi turistici per i tour della parte vecchia della città che è raggiungibile, in auto, in pochi minuti così come le spiagge. Consiglio la struttura che è come da descrizione.”

“Arrived late and had no problem getting checked in. We had a clogged bathroom sink , it was fixed in no time and never encountered another problem with our suite. Great amenities (complimentary breakfast) look forward to coming back in the future”
