This current transition is looking like the best one since they first began as a Vacation Club. I am never disappointed by how welcoming the staff is upon arrival of guests. They are perfectly balanced with kindness and professionalissm”

“We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Our room was not cleaned at any point during our stay. The cleaning staff stopped one door before ours on day two. I called the front desk and they said the cleaning staff was extremely busy and they would add us to the list for the evening and send someone up, yet no one ever showed. On day three they came into the room, picked up the trash I put by the door, collected the dirty towels I put by the door, and dropped off clean towels without cleaning the room,...

“The resort was beautiful, clean, family-friendly and entertaining. My family stayed in the luxury suite (Tower C), Room 646. Very spacious BUT the mattress in the king bedroom is well overdue for renewal. Worn/sunk in on both sides which accounted for uncomfortable rest.”
