Hotel a Ford Heights

“Roaches in the room. If you do go ask for the first floor only everything else smells like mildew and cigarettes ”

“It really is a nice hotel. The staff was kind and friendly and Erica is BAR NONE!!! She’s professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my entire stay even when I grew ancie about something! As for the breakfast. Not the best for kosher eaters. They served pork the entire 5 days I was there except for one!! As well, children were touching the breads and muffins and then returning them!! Gross!! Parents were not monitoring them!!! Will, great technician who took care of the bed...

“The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room.”

“Room was clean. , pool was closed for a significant amount of time. Could not get the staff to give a call when it would be open. Once it open it uncomfortably cold!!! Disappointed! ”

“My bed was horrible that I could feel the spring and my hip. I woke up my back was aching. The vending machines were not working. I asked if they had water. They had no water available, and it seems as if there was no effort to fix the vending machines, which held the water.”

“Friendly staff. Clean room, comfy beds, ok breakfast, not a lot of selection - enough for a light water only, the heater in our room was broken. ”

The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly nice, welcoming, and always ready to help. At one point, our key card deactivated, but the front desk quickly resolved the issue and had a new one activated within seconds, which I really appreciated.
