“The staff was very nice.. our room was covered in spider webs and giant wolf spiders. The phone didnt work to call front desk. We asked to switch rooms which they accommodated quickly. That room had even more spiders and large webs..”

“We were supposed to have 1 king size bed, but when we checked in the toilet was stopped up, so we were moved to a different room with 2 standard beds. There was a light bulb burned out in the bathroom, but it was quickly replaced. The room was clean & Kayla, the cleaning lady, was very sweet. The free breakfast was a little lacking, but the waffles were good.”

“Made the booking and the booking was lost and the property made no effort to resolve the issue. I was told it was my responsibility to figure out what was going on. I made the reservation, received the confirmation and was charged for the transaction. I spent near two hours on the phone mostly on hold. ”
