“Door would Not lock 5 days, bathtub drain plugged, no housekeeping for 7 days, I took towels down n brought clean ones back up, as I did trash. When they unplugged tub the dude left the towels on the BR floor-we cleaned it up. Day after they fixed the door it was broken. BR door shut n locked, the doornob on was put on backwards. Dump, shoddy at best. Best Western should be Ashamed to have its name attached.”

“Staff was very helpful. Room very clean and comfortable with lots of comfy pillows. Free parking on site and free breakfast. I only had coffee but the breakfast offerings were many and looked fresh and delicious. The only negative was there was a large group of guests near me that were partying and loud u til 11:30 pm Friday and Saturday until 10-ish. The noise stopped just as I was about to call the front desk Friday so maybe someone else Called. Anyway, this is certainly not the fault of the...

“Tub filled up with water when showering. Was not the cleanest. Tried charging me a $50 deposit for any damages that would happen in our stay. Never heard of that.”

“I travel a ton for work and this hotel is one that I repeatedly go back to for family trips (usually on the way to somewhere else but it’s a good stopping point). Always clean, quiet, and in town enough to walk to get some dinner. Staff is top tier from vallet to the cleaning crew. 10/10 recommend.”

“Easy and cheerful checkin. The room and breakfast areas were very clean. I did not use the pool, but it look to be just as clean, and there were a couple families enjoying it! I would not only recommend it, I would stay here again!”

“Our room is dated but was clean. Air conditioning was noisy and caused poor night sleep. Design of the building and lobby was spectacular and similar to a Las Vegas hotel. We would absolutely stay again if in the area.”

“The entire hotel is just gross! We had to stay for a funeral and before we did anything I went to the store and bought bleach spray to clean everything in the room. When we got there at 4 the room was not ready so they put us in a room with a hot tub but they told us it did not work and we were ok with that, but it was disgusting.”

“I reserved an accessible room and after confirming this, was not given one at check in. I was informed there was a water leak, so no other accessible room was available but would be “put in one just like it without the grab bars”. The friendly young man at the desk clearly needs some education. The regular rooms are NOT the same. Also, he went looking for a step stool to help with the bed height and never came back. My mother is barely ambulatory. She could not get into the higher beds by...

“I have stayed here many times. I have family living in Findlay and in Tiffin. This is a great location that allows me minimal driving to visit family in both cities. EVERY time I have stayed here it has been very clean, quiet and the staff are super friendly. The beds are comfortable with comforters that actually have weight and comfort to them unlike some of the higher end hotels. The lobby area has great seating and lighting for playing games. I LOVE staying here. Oh...and did I mention...
