“Nice hotel right outside of downtown Durango. The breakfast was very nice each morning and the young man who worked the breakfast was very hardworking and kept all items stocked!!”

“Brand spanking new property in a wonderful location for being downtown. The staff is just getting started and were very friendly and helpful, including the manager. Still working out kinks, but very pleasant room and good breakfast. My most serious complaint is with the garage fans running full blast, making noise for nearby residences and hotel properties.”

“We have been coming here for the last few years for the Durango Iron Horse Classic tour. We stay in the cabins. The cabins are cleans, beds are comfortable, and the property is chill. The cabins have running water and air conditioning. Great bargain overall.”

“Old style motel on Durango’s main road with southwest decor. I slept in the little “cozy” room filled with a queen size bed which was perfect for my one night stay. Little fridge and electric kettle for tea or pour-over coffee in the room. The office staff was welcoming and helpful. Very clean. One bedside light was not working, but I didn’t care so I didn’t report it until I left. I’m sure they would have taken care of it if I had. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple,...

“Location. Location. Location. been coming out to Durango, CO for over 10 years. Walking distance to downtown was ideal. A few blocks over from the main drag. It is an older best western. Rooms were a little dark, and dated. Hotel pool in middle of property. Hotel is next to the Durango train station. They did have complimentary drinks in the evenings.”

“The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and the air conditioner worked well. However, the outside corridors were filthy and smelled horrible near the garbage. The interior wall between the 2 beds had something spilled on it, the floors were filthy in the corners. The bathroom had dirty walls. No hand towels or washcloths were provided. The floor lamp shade was partly crushed. The breakfast was as expected, but spilled food was on the floor and the tables were slow to be wiped...
