“Our stay was not to good. The elevator kept messing up for 2 days we had to keep taking the steps. The 4 nights that we stayed the cable was also messed up. We had 2 kids with us and nothing for them to watch. The carpet was dirty,was scared to take shoes off. Lastly there was a cloth chair in the room , it also was dirty and parts of it was failed and torn.”

“Great place to stay. Even though it’s not a hotel, but the room was super clean. They cleaned up the room and changed the towels EVERY DAY! As in a good hotel. The location is also great, a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Good coffee in the morning.

“The room was fine, but a couple issues I had was no one at the front desk seemed to answer the phone when I called with questions. And the fact that the same type of room I checked into was being offered for $100 less then what I payed when I reserved it just 2 days prior was really frustrating. And so I dont see the point in reserving a room here if its gonna be available far cheaper when you actually get to the location”

“Hotel nuovo E per tale motivo tenuto benissimo. Non si trova esattamente al centro ma vi sono un sacco di localini carini di fianco. La stanza a noi assegnata per quattro persone era ampia e spaziosa ed il bagno molto bello. Unica pecca è che non è facilissimo da rintracciare col satellitare”

“Hot tub was out of service, 2 of 3 elevarors went down Sunday morning while the whole hotel was trying to check out. Lack of carts to service guests during peak times. Got scolded by staff for wandering into the breakfast area after breakfast times.
Clean overall, very nice room with a great view of the airport and the East side of Norman.
Packed hotel this weekend. Not a place for a quiet retreat, but it has great amenities on site and is in a great location.
