“Clean room and excellent staff ”

“We were in town for a concert at the Ford Center. We had the breakfast and dinner which were very good. Pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. We had a room near the lobby area and the walls were super thin. We could hear everything at 7:00am. People, doors slamming and dogs barking. The room was a little dated but clean. ”

“There was no Bible in the drawer there was dirty tissue cups behind the lamp desk and dirty qtips in the drawer. My son got locked in the bathroom and it took 10 min to get him out ”

“The hotel from walking in at check-in until check-out was excellent, including the staff, the room, cleanliness, room temperature and air conditioning, etc. We didn't eat the free breakfast only because we decided to sleep in. The only thing I would recommend is possibly upgrading the windows to block out some of the noise from the highway because it did get bothersome several times while trying to sleep. Or installing white noise machines to help drown out the sound. Other than that, we were...

“We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. ”

“I wasn’t allowed to check into my room until 6pm. Then when I got in my bed the mattress was so used I sunk to the bottom of the bed and could feel every spring. The next morning I got up to shower and my water pressure was just a trickle out of the shower head. ”

“Dirty toom toothpaste all over the counter front desk evening woman was rude and even Incorrectly charged my card ”

“When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the bed had something on it that looked disgusting. So we were switched to a different room. The next morning I got in the shower and there was black hair on the wall and floor of the shower. I had to clean it before I could take my shower. We rented 3 rooms for that night because we were moving and our family needed to stay also. At least the breakfast was nice the next morning. ”

“We came for a college campus visit. The property is close, as in walking distance, to restaurants and shopping. The staff, especially Darlene, were all kind, courteous, and ready to assist.”

“Room was clean, but smell of cigarette smoke and weed was coming from the vent right above room door and seeping into our room in the evening. Was gone in morning ”

“Super convenient, nice modern updates in lobby. Room needed update better layout, wasted space, better mattress plus very noisey. Breakfast was outstanding ”
