“We came for a quick weekend getaway and to do some shopping at Town Center. The hotel is super close, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Check in was quick ad easy. Our room was clean and had a great view of the lake behind the hotel. The breakfast was top notch. I was impressed with the presentation of all the food and the many choices. Real eggs, fresh fruit and juice. ”

On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting another Hilton ambassador, Monica. I am a business traveler, and I truly want to convey how incredibly genuine both of these ladies were. It’s what I refer to as “good old Customer Service” and that’s very hard to find these days.”

“The room, stay and location were great. It is Expedia that dropped the ball. I paid for the room in advance for I thought was the total price, only to be hit with “destination fee” and daily parking charges. I was hit with over $200 in extra charges upon checking out. Expedia never mentioned a thing about possible other fees. I’ll never use Expedia again.”
