“I usually don’t write hotel reviews unless a place is either so bad it deserves a documentary… or so good it makes me question my actual home. 😂
This time around, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Blount Island absolutely delivered.
From the second I walked in, the presentation and customer service were flawless. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, and nobody looked at me like I was inconveniencing them by existing. That alone deserves applause these days. 👏

“The inn is not worth more than $40 a night stay, even if that. Recommend to anyone looking to find someplace else. I booked through Expedia, but during check in was asked what type of room I wanted and how many people would be staying. Clearly my reservation has that, and no other hotel has ever asked what room or how many are staying. We had a two night stay, and on the day after we checked in three people (two men and a woman) were in my room supposedly doing "room service." Nice touch,...
