“The room was outdated and could use some refreshing. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t much better. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff so I can’t really say they were good or bad. Housekeeping was good - we had fresh towels daily. The pool area was very crowded and only one pool was useable due to it being pretty cold (no fault to the hotel - weather was on the chilly side and its early march). “Convenient laundry service. Staff are nice and helpful. There were lots of options to choose from for snacks and drinks. Both the inside and outdoor pools were cleanly and so was the hot tub. I love how it was located in the middle of fort Walton, made it very convenient for all the places we went to visit”

“very nice accommodations but very confusing layout. seemed we walked thru the garage a lot. wasn’t able to use all the amenities like the pool area, mistly closed off due to construction. the shower was sooo big - seemed like alot of wasted space that could’ve fit a soaker tub, also towel rack very far from bathing area.
