“Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. “Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The convenience of the pool to the ocean made the trip for us. The point of vacation for us, is not to have to stay in the car the whole trip. We enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant, the breakfast and drinks and even dessert were amazing. No complaints at all, we had kids in tow and enjoyed the beach being family friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.”
