“Clean room and great breakfast”

“Computers were down and manager out of town so the office worker made a copy of my credit card. I’m still freaking out about that. Refrigerator was broken and it took them three days to replace it. I room was never cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels. Only one working lightbulb in the bathroom”

“This property has not been well maintained . There was a hot shower and bed . But I wouldn’t stay there again .”

“Brand new construction in the middle of a huge development area. Nothing around less than 20 minutes drive. Beside this all good. ”

“The location is great—right at the top of Main Street—and the front desk was great at check-in. Our room had a nice little balcony and a peek-a-boo view down the hill. But the room amenities were funky: no hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom, no bottled water, and a bed frame slightly bigger than the mattress. The parking pass was a real plus, given the tourist traffic on Main Street. Our stay was pleasant, but the rooms could use just a bit more TLC.”

“We loved this place to stay! We loved the cottages & the pool was amazing for our grandkids & adult kids! The restaurant on the property was nice during our stay. We enjoyed coffee & breakfast at the coffee shop. We will be back”

“The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”

“Great area and resort- love the property and what they had to offer with sauna and steam room. The pool and game room was nice and clean. The only problem or issue was the time it all closed- 10 pm was little to early for a family being gone all day with sports. 11 pm would have been perfect.”

“Clean room comfy bed but hotel is very difficult to navigate and pool was open but they were replacing the roof so very noisy, dirty and dangerous with things falling from above”
