“Being our first experience lodging on a house boat, we felt as though we were staying in luxury. Unexpectedly, the boat was fully equipped with everything. The owner has it tastefully decorated, neat and very clean. Good location and within walking of a couple popular bar/restaurant eateries, although many around the city (college town). “Very affordable hotel with clean rooms. Staff was always accommodating and helpful. Everything you truly need in a hotel is here. Make use of the free breakfast and you'll be happy you stayed. Sure you might have to drive 8-10 minutes to get downtown but it's not like it's hard to find parking.”
