“Orion was incredibly professional and welcoming when we checked in. He even remembered my name when I ventured down later in the day. The hotel is in the perfect location and comfortable.”

“What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay...

“Very nice and the staff were exceptional. Our room was extremely dusty especially the blinds to the balcony. A bathroom light was flickering and the shower head leaked. Great place just not quiet 5 stars. ”
