“Lovely old Inn from 1890. Sitting on porch in morning sipping coffee was nice or wine in evening. Community kitchen to store any food items and can cook there if need to. Outdoor firepit. Only complaint is we were on lower level of carriage house. The people above us were loud and we had to complain to management. Was mot very relaxing in our room. So ask for upper floor room when booking. Otherwise lovely area to visit.”

“We are from MN - Colorado and Bear Cub Lodge was our first trip to the mountains with the kids, and this place took our breath away. The kids (13,15,17) explored the large area surrounding the house and would disappear for a couple hours at a time. That’s what I wanted! - To see them make an adventure out of the rocks, hilly landscape, and then come home to play some ping pong, foosball, and end the night in the hot tub. As far as a stocked kitchen - if they don’t have it, you don’t need it....

“This rental is in the most amazing location! We celebrated my son’s graduation and had a vacation of a lifetime. We hiked St. Mary’s, white water rafted, went up Mt. Evans and spent time in Idaho Springs. The only thing that could have been better was that we didn’t know as renters we couldn’t go out on the lake with the paddle boat and canoes. Otherwise the rental was beautiful, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked almost all our meals there.”

“We stayed in all 3 cabins for a family reunion. They were all clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The patio and fire pit were amazing! We spent the majority of our time there. Beautiful views and within walking distance of the Estes tram. We would definitely recommend. Host was very responsive to my questions. ”
