“I really liked the location. I could walk to shopping and it was extremely close drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and downtown. Very convenient!! The bed was comfortable and though compact the trolley was enjoyable. My one main complaint is there is no dresser for clothes storage. We had to keep everything in our suitcase instead. I did mention this to the owner. I am hoping she changes this. If that was done, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great home base for our family in Downtown/Old North End. Quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything we needed and great walking trail (Shooks Run) nearby. We took full advantage of the back area seating, fire pit, hot tub, etc. Great spot that is nicely updated but retains its late 1800s feel.”

“We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. The only wildlife we saw at the house was a wild turkey sitting on the fence one afternoon. We did...

“The home was easy to check in, clean, beautiful views, and has everything you need. It was very secluded and a bit rocky to get to, but well worth it. All instructions were clear and not over the top. We had to reach out for a minor issue with the hot tub it the host was quick to respond and was fixed quickly!”

“My husband and I stayed at Teresa's house for four nights and really appreciated all of amenities she had there for our stay. The neighborhood was super quiet and the house was very comfortable. We like to cook our own meals and there were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Sadly we didn't have time to use the backyard so can't comment on that. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Colorado Springs! ”
