Strutture Premier Inn a Fulmer

“Our room smelled like mold upon entering. We mentioned this to staff who said they would have maintenance drop by, also the heating system did not work, fortunately they had a portable radiator in the room. We don’t believe maintenance came by during our stay. Also asked if we could relocate to a different room and staff made us feel this was not an option. On a positive note the breakfast was very good, staff were polite and helpful and the selection and quality of food was excellent.”
