Hotel vicino a Fun 'n' Stuff - Cleveland

“The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay.”

“Guests were making noise in the lobby and outside until midnight, so I could not sleep well. I was told that they were part of a group staying at the hotel for a wedding. Even so, the noise should have been controlled out of consideration for the other guests. Also, I was disappointed because the breakfast seemed to have been prepared with very little care.”

“The parking lot house several abandoned cars. The elevator last inspection expired 8/20/2022. The building smelled of marijuana . The breakfast counter area was dirty, along with the hallways. The pool was not cleaned or available for use. They had a handwritten note on the pool door stating, “Closed No Chemicals “. I would not recommend having them on our travel site and I hate that I booked it from the pictures that Expedia shared and their pool. When we go to the Cleveland area we enjoy...

“It took 2 hours to get my keys at an adjoining property. When I got in my room it was filthy. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. Couldn't stay there. Went out on my own and got a room somewhere else.”

“The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do.”

“Dirty room. Claw marks from animals on the trim. Poor plumbing. Toilet didn’t flush. Smelled bad. Smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. Very busy with poor children and trashy people. Loud guests all week”

“First the room has bathroom not clean & toilet not working. Smell from the room. We request to change the room. They said coffee in room compliments. When I reach the room there was no water or coffee cups. I ask the front desk and person said I am not a coffee lover. If you want water you can buy from front desk $2 per bottle and also cup $2. I said coffee is cheaper than $4 outside. Overall not good experience. Even breakfast you can have only few things. Not a good breakfast eathier.”

“The room was ok but when I entered I smell dust in it. The curtains didn’t close totally, in the bathroom they should put better and bigger towels, they were old and small.”
