“This property is great and clean. It’s definitely more upbeat property for younger people. The pool was stellar as well. I didn’t bother with room service as our room was clean from the start, but I do extra wipe downs on areas/items I will touch. Also, I always do a quick inspection for bed bugs, which there were none. My only issue is, there isn’t much outside of the property to do, so having a car is key to exploring the Reno area for other enjoyment. ”

“We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...
“The staff was very kind and professional. My room was everything I thought it would be and it was very clean. The housekeepers were prompt in filling my requests for different items that were needed in my room. Overall I enjoyed my stay and had a great time would recommend it to anybody.”

“The property was unique as it is a very short distance to the RiverWalk. Lots of restaurants and casinos within a block or so of walking. I love the Historic and Vintage room and decor of the property. Free Wi-Fi. No Resort Fee. Perfect for someone who prefer a quieter hotel to stay. The parking was limited but I checked in right on time so I had plenty of spaces to chose from. If you want to go to the bar in the hotel, it is only open on Friday and Saturday nights. My kind of place to stay.”

“The apartment was a godsend after a long trip. The building and property are brand new with beautiful decor. The location is super convenient with easy walkable access to the city for food and other fun things. It's also right next to the train and bus station. The area felt very safe and clean.
The amenities and products ready to use for laundry, shower, and cooking were super thoughtful! The staff were also wonderful and friendly! I'd love to stay again and try out other placemakr properties! ”

“We had a great time here, staff was so nice, rooms were clean but i think the carpet can use a steam/deep clean. Also we wanted to splurge a bit and got this hotel instead of our other cheap options and this is the first hotel that charges us for nightly parking either valet 25$ a night or self parking that's far away for another 12$ a day. Otherwise everything else was great.”
