“The house was very clean and nicely decorated. All appliances worked great and the neighborhood was very quiet”

“Had to stay due to a family emergency and needed something fast and on a budget. Hotel was clean, cold air, and was very close to family. No complaints, but this is a very basic and clean hotel. Might want to pack your own towels, bath towels are small and thin. 4 stars because its the best to be expected for what it is. ”

“Was probably once a great time place. Owner was nice. Night time neighborhood is a bit noisy guess it's just how people act now no respect for property.”

“The breakfast food was ok. Served fan kill my style which was nice but the vegetarian meats were warm at best. The kids loved the playground and the room. Overall I’d come here again asks just plan to not eat breakfast on site. ”

“There is an undisclosed upcharge ($75) for pets. I have no problem with paying a fee, but it should be clearly stated when pricing is shared. The hotel was great for our needs- clean, friendly and conveniently located for us. The breakfast was slightly different each day, with some form of eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, sausage of some sort, and various beverages. We enjoyed our stay and will use Hampton Inn in Plant City next time we visit. ”

“Cleaning lady’s left our slider door wide open one day The next day our slider was open and heat up when the cleaning staff aff did not clean Someone was in our room. Staff did nothing!! It was kinda scary. 😨 ”

I have been there 3 times and the towels are dirty (stained), the shower floor slimy, the floor filthy dirty & I’m pretty sure the sheets unchanged bc I don’t have black hair. Aka, housekeeping isn’t doing their job. Also, expect a back ache with there “flat as a pancake” pillows. The heat/ac work well, the fridge is cold even if exterior is rusted & the TV works. If you catch it at the right time, there is good hot showers too. ”

“This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need. The owner/ manager texted just to see how things were going. Very thoughtful! It was a great vacation rental and i will definitely...

“What I like about the place is how it was set up, the home itself in general. I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks. I was there, multiple guests came and went, which was also happening before I got there. The cleaning people only come and clean the rooms that...
