“Planned a weekend getaway to see the waterski show downtown. Decided to VRBO instead of a hotel and this place was an excellent choice! The cottage is so charming, cozy, and comfortable. It was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you need. The view of Lake Eloise is amazing and the sunsets were stunning! Jana, the hostess, is a delight!”

“Loved this quaint and tastefully chic get away! It was very accessible to the surrounding areas where we had events going on. We could tell there was a lot of care put into the small, but perfect space for a couple nights. It was spotless and comfortable and had a wonderful spacious shower which was nice to come home to. We will definitely stay again if in the area and highly recommend!”

“The location was great, the property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Natacha has everything in there you need. Comfy bed too ”

“This was my family of 5’s second stay at this property. The space is so clean and well organized. It is super close to Legoland and the fact that it has 2 bathrooms makes it preferable to the Legoland resort hotels in my book! The host has thought of everything to make this space a home away from home including various charging cables for tech. He is quick to respond to any messages. I enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone coming to the area and will definitely stay here again...

“The day before we were to arrive, I received a message from the property owner. She stated there was an issue at Tiny Paradise she needed to address, but didn't want to cancel. She offered us the Big House at no additional charge. It was wonderful. I would say the only thing we didn't like were the trains going by not far from the property a couple of times each night.”

“Everything was great, apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. Owner even allowed us to check in early!”

“3 night stay and a beautiful studio. Nicely equipped and plenty of space for a couple. A surprise were the snacks, paper products and chilled beverages in fridge upon arrival. Super clean. Only drawback i could see if someone had mobility issues. The entrance is located at the back of the residence and walkway is mostly stone pavers. A little wonky with those using a wheeled suitcase.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean and had all the kitchen and bath items we needed. Good communication with owner. We really liked the location - across froma lake with a nice walking path and close to restaurants, etc. ”

“Cozy Haven exceeded my expectations! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! Photos don't do it justice. It is beautiful inside with marble floors, pleasing color choices, and lovely peaceful & uplifting decor. Everything looks and feels new, and spotlessly clean. The Suite feels much larger than it looks in photos and is so comfortable, with two a/c's visitors can control that work well. All appliances worked well and kitchen was equipped with everyone you need. Spacious frig and storage in cabinets...

“We came to watch Tiger baseball, and this house fit the bill. Less than three miles from TigerTown and only blocks away from Florida Southern College and beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. Would stay here again.”
