“Room was clean. Check in and check out was very easy.”

“So much was great, the people, the room, the exercise room, and perfect breakfast. The bed was ok, seemed not to be flat and caused a feeling of leaning downhill. The cable was non functional in our room but sounded like they were actively working on it. Overall a good experience and they try hard.”

“No staff at front desk upon arrival. Waited 10 minutes. Only lukewarm water in shower in the AM. Toilet loose on floor and wobbly. Television system very difficult to operate. Most stations require account log-in. ”

“The walls are thin and the doors shut heavy, meaning you will hear doors shut all night, and if you are unfortunate enough to get a snorer next door you will hear that too. However, it has a great location. I was able to walk to my daughters dorm in under 5 minutes and it was close to downtown.”

“Hotel is very clean and staffs are friendly. In addition, the locations is near WSU and other areas such as restaurants and grocery stores. ”

“Very nice staff. Overall nice property, but we had dirty towels and sheets and the bathroom didn’t look to be thoroughly cleaned. ”

“The apartment was very cute and in a great location. Check in/out was very easy. We stayed 2 nights. The family living upstairs was so loud late at night, both nights, unfortunately none of us got a good night sleep and were woken up multiple times.”
