“I rented a room with two beds & a view of the river for my mom & 2 of her friends for a 4 day weekend. Very clean. Had a problem with the toilet overflowing. Maintenance came immediately to clean up. We asked for a box fan & they supplied one. No other problems. View was nice. No complaints. Location was good. It was close to everything they wanted to do/see. Would stay there again”

“I can't say enough good things about our stay at Sleepy Bear Motel! Property is a simple, family-owned, old-fashioned motel experience. Rooms were super clean, comfortable and complete with all the nessecities, as well as wif-fi and super cold A/C. Breakfast was made to order and served up every morning, and the hotel was very close to all the Gatlinburg attractions, but enough out of the way where you didn't have to fight lots of traffic coming and going.
