“We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

“While the room was clean and sufficient, and was updated in some ways, the property of hotel did not leave a good impression. The hotel looked very old and outdated. The elevator was super slow and filthy. The walkway was narrow and the balconies were almost impossible to sit on. If you had any leg length at all you would not have been able to sit in the chairs. Our view was of a dirty river behind the property. We appreciate the staffs attention when checking in and out. The hospitality area...
