“Everything was great!”

“The location was great, just off the interstate and close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. The main problem I have with Motels/Hotels is the noise from neighboring rooms. The people around us were quite and the group sitting on the upstairs balcony finished their gathering before we went to bed. The room was great, looked newly refreshed. Good mattress, enough towels and the water from the faucet had a fresh taste. They supplied all the extras you might need in the room so that you...

“Just about the whole park was closed and the outdoor parks were only open on the weekend. It’s a waste of money to go while they are under renovation ”

“I booked this room because of the pictures online. We were married Wednesday night and checked in Thursday afternoon. We are on our 70’s. We were looking forward to setting by the fireplace in our room and enjoying the ambiance. The fireplace didn’t work. I reported it and was told “No it doesn’t work. I’ll see what I can do about it “. Nothing was fixed nor was I credited for not having a working fireplace. ”
