“Check in was very nice, front desk was so friendly. The hotel is very nice & clean. However around 9:30p an employee walked into our room and it was uncomfortable and startled our kids. She had left something in the room and thought the room was empty but uncomfortable and I’m sure a one off but uncomfortable ”

“We loved our 2 bedroom tiny cabin ! We stayed here for 2 nights with our 1 year old. The cabin was very clean, and looks just like the pictures. The only little hiccup we encountered was not having a parking space at our cabin. Getting back late with our son, having a bunch of things to bring inside and having to park by the office wasn’t ideal but wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We would definitely stay here again ! ”

“The rooms are quiet. You do not hear outside noise or people from the adjoining rooms. The amenities are wonderful. Staff very helpful. No complaints”

“Clean room and comfortable bed. Close to everything, yet far enough away from all the noise on the main road. Having a fireplace and balcony in room is a big plus.”

“The condo was spotless. The landscaping was immaculate and beautiful. We loved the lazy river. Every attraction in Pigeon Forge was only a 5 to 15 minute drive. One funny thing: the dishwasher could not be opened all the way because it is situated too close to the stove/oven”
