“Great waterpark! Lifeguards were obviously well trained, attentive, and took their jobs seriously. Front desk check in staff was polite and helpful. Staff at the breakfast buffet were pleasant.”

“Front desk staff was rude and dismissive (those that checked us in). Also we booked and said we would pay in full on arrival. They did ask for a credit card to hold reservation but would charge nothing until we got there. When I mentioned that at check in she said that was not true and had charged the first night to my card! The view of stream was great. Parking was not good”

“The free breakfast is not what I expected. Not very many options and you get pre-made breakfast sandwiches and a microwave to heat them up in. Some cold cereal choices, bagels and bread to toast. Compared to other hotel free breakfast this is a let down.”

“Half of the room was occupied by a huge hot tub. I'm assuming that was extra because the water was not turned on. No problem, a hot tub with a large mirror is not really our style. The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony. The tiny glass table was not cleaned. The staff smiled a lot, but after our purse was snatched, in the 3 minutes between exiting the room and...

“The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!”
