Safari/Tende arredate a Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge

“We had an issue with the manager and attendant at check in. I was called a lier by the manager and told I had to leave the property right then. I was led to believe I would get a full refund. When called by Expedia the front desk refused to give us a full refund and charged me for one night around $300. I called and made a formal complaint with Holiday Inn. “Excellent experience from start to finish”

“What I didn’t like about the stay was after paying for rooms we have to pay for parking each day we stayed. Wasn’t to find of the faucets in the bathroom water gets all over the sink. Housekeeping only came in the make our bed and take the garbage out, didn’t sweep, didn’t make sure we had tissue. The room we stayed in the floor next to our bed had like a large coffee or soda stain which means the floors wasn’t mopped.”

“Best property to stay at in Pigeon Forge. Always clean, great pool, quiet sitting by the river behind it. With in walking distance to a lot of food and activities.”

“Excellent stay. Everything was clean and felt refreshing when you walk in the door. Staff was always pleasant. View was beautiful as well.”

“Staff was generally friendly. Good nice people. There is nothing wrong this hotel. I struggle with its posted rating above 2 stars though. This is an older hotel more in line with less expensive hotel brands (think older Sleep Inn, older Baymonts, etc…). Clean, just old, Still has the older mustier smelling AC units that blow constantly, beds are firm spring boxes, etc…. There is NO reason to not stay there, but understand at 2 1/2 stars, it is NOT the same as Holiday Inn Express or Hampton...

Cons- the bedding is super firm, very supportive( not my favorite). Free breakfast was wonderful, so much to choice from and filling. Definitely will stay here again!”
