Not only was the hotel amazing, they have their own little Apple Valley of stores right across the street, featuring 3 restaurants, a candy store, a creamery, and more.”

When called by Expedia the front desk refused to give us a full refund and charged me for one night around $300. I called and made a formal complaint with Holiday Inn.
