“A new location in a very quiet environment at about 10 minutes walking from the city centre. There are pubs and restaurants not far from it. It is easy to reach it from the train station with tram no. 2; main tram lines stop nearby the B&B. The owner is a wonderfully nice man, providing you with a healthy breakfast every morning. “The rooms very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good rest. We stayed for 2 nights and the services were good. The last at the reception received us even though we were late to check in. She helped with all the details we needed as soon as possible. Parking is expensive. But better to park in the premises than on road. Parking is€20 for 24 hours on first come first basis. Overall a good experience and we will choose Courtyard Marroitt again if we get a chance. ”
