“Was in an excellent location. Very reasonable re price.was clean but a bit dated in the kitchen bathroom area.need sweeping up outside as leaves and greenery everywhere. The only thing l thought was that there no maps or info as to what facilities and amenities were around.like the pool. shopping .buses.theatre .and beaches for people that did not know the area”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very kind and friendly and welcomed our family warmly. My only mistake was only staying one night. I would like to come back and enjoy the pool.”

“Very pleasant surprise for a very good price. Lovely hotel with all that you need. Our view from the 13th floor was amazing. Great gym for workouts. Unfortunately the pool and spa were out of action, so can't rate on that. Also has a tennis court. Paid for parking, but very convenient. With both room and parking still a great price. Easy access to everything in Takapuna beach. Could easily walk everywhere. Beautiful place to explore.”

“This place is in a quiet area. It’s close to shopping, water, and restaurants. It gave us a great central location. It was very clean and had all the amenities we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.”
