“Enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was great - close to attractions, but quiet. Staff were friendly. We didn’t go to the restaurant/bar, but it looked nice. The room was spacious, pillows were nice and they even had a pillow bar, bed was comfortable, everything was well decorated. Price was great. Even the lobby smelled nice. Great experience”

“This is a quiet gem of a place. We stayed 5 nights in a suite with a kitchen and deck overlooking the harbour. Easy access to the Auckland harbour ferry. 10 minutes to the viaduct. ”

“Motel standard ma pulito e piú che dignitoso, parcheggio interno e personale gentile (ma in NZ è la norma). Si raggiungono i ristoranti di Ponsonby a piedi in pochi minuti, il centro cittá in una ventina (in salita al ritorno). Davanti alla struttura c'è anche la fermata dell'autobus, davvero in posizione strategica!”

“Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. ”

“We stayed in room 3, spa bath suite. Stay was excellent as always, however one minor issue is that the tap in the bathtub isn't working properly. We were still able to use the bath as normal, but we had to fill the bathtub with the shower head as the tap on the wall is broken and will need fixing. Only minor issue and we still enjoyed the bathtub as normal. Please ensure the bath tub tap is fixed.”
