“My usual stop while traveling north. Quiet, comfortable rooms, and very nice staff.”

“Be careful booking rooms with pets via Expedia. They do not allow animals in every room. We booked the room with a hot tub and were told that we could not stay in that room due to their policies. We were rebooked to a different room. The insurance offered by Expedia to cover something like this does not help, no refund provided for the excess cost though they said they would do so.”

“Horrible experience. The grounds are full of cigarette butts, stains and filth. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The highway noise kept us up all night. The kicker was leaving hanging valuables in the bathroom, calling within 24 hours and then being hung up on by the front desk clerk telling me they don't have them and don't leave stuff behind the next time. Very rude, unhelpful, and lack of care for their guests. Do not recommend.”

“If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the hotel for you. Being from out of town we did not realize that it was on such a busy road and near the college. There was an event going on and it was super noisy outside. Not the hotel’s fault, but something to keep in mind if you struggle to fall asleep unless the stars all align like me. The staff was all helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and they do not skimp on the pillows! They could really benefit from some instructions for the...
