“Empty shower gel container in shower, only one shower nozzle worked (2 were provided), no smart TV’s so no access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Breakfast clean & good. ”

“Check in to no working elevators or hot tub. Then the desk gave us a key to an occupied room to which we walked in on the people. The guy at the desk then proceeds to ask me if I am sure it was occupied when I told him. The stair wells had sawdust on every step. ”

“The sofa bed was broken, but replaced quickly. Still, it was an extremely uncomfortable pull out trundle design that kept spreading apart during the night. Everything else was okay - just more run down that I expected for the price.”
