Owner was very receptive Studio had everything we needed such as sundry items...coffee pods, sugar, salt pepper and earplugs...to drown out the load seagulls. Short walk to the Ampitheater. Classic art deco buildings along the walk and quite few decent restaurants”

“We spent a long weekend at this comfortable and clean unit. It is conveniently located with a designated parking spot right outside the door. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. The layout works well with a separate bedroom and living room, connected by a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and small countertop oven unit (no cooktop). Bathroom is nice as well. The neighborhood...
