“Exterior was nice and it was in a nice location. Gloria checked us in and she was so sweet and amazing. Unfortunately the room did have a sour smell and just felt musty like the carpet needed a thorough cleaning or replaced. Door frames and corners could also use a good scrubbing. The bedding was clean and comfortable though so I slept well. The bathroom lighting felt dull and dark but I was able to do all the things I needed to. “Property was clean and well maintained. Room was large, almost like a small studio apt, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located yo downtown Alpharetta, Roswell, shopping and dining, and Ga 400. Free breakfast was one of the better ones I have had.”

“The property had no working ice machines except in the kitchen. We were not told you had to sign a list for room cleaning and that housekeeping was the only way to get towels and they went home at 11:00 pm. When I talked to the clerk on duty on Friday night, he said if I wanted towels, I should have been back before 11. We were not told that ahead of time, so we got no towels, because he said he could not leave the front to go get them. Yet when I arrived that night, he was in the kitchen. ...

“The hotel was okay. My room had a broken soap container which came off the tile in the bathroom. They only clean the room once which is different, and its when you leave, I stayed for 4 days. When you're trash, cans are full you have to change them yourself and leave it outside your door it would be taking out. I had to ask for garbage bags so I can replace them myself.To make sure I didn't have garbage for my 4 day stay. I had to ask for extra towels daily because they don't take the use one...

“Overall, the hotel was good for the price. The location was convenient, and the room met our basic needs. However, the room had an unpleasant odor, like humidity or as if the cleaning cloths weren't completely clean, or possibly from the cleaning products they use. The carpeted hallway also had a noticeable odor.
